Heating Mantle


Construction

  • Mantles are designed and fabricated to suit various I.S. & A.S.T.M. standards
  • Double walled construction
  • Round in shape, exterior made of Aluminum with Powder Coated Paint Finish. Inner made from fiber glass yarn

Insulation

  • 30 mm thick glass-wool insulation, all sides of the Mantle

Heating System

  • Specially designed BLACK HEAT heating elements, made from best quality nichrome wir
  • They are fitted around the net
  • P.N. Avoid any kind of spillage on inner net as it may cause the coil to break
  • Heating system specially designed water immersion heaters; made from best quality nichrome wire

Control System Optional

  • Controller: Energy Regulator (Simmer stat Control by manually)
  • Temperature Range: Ambient to 200°C
  • Heat up Time: 30 minutes up to 250°C
  • Power Supply: 230 volts AC
