MUFFLE FURNACE

CONSTRUCTION:

Furnaces are designed and fabricated to suit various I.S. & A.S.T.M. standards. Double walled construction. Interior made of ceramic muffle.
Exterior made of Galvanized Sheets with Powder Coated Paint Finish.

INSULATION:

100 mm thick high heat resistive cera wool insulation form all side of furnace, 96 density with 1200 C Temperature resistivity.

DOOR:

Fully insulated door with high alumina bricks and having positive locking arrangement.

VENTILATION SYSTEM:

Very efficient ventilation system is provided at aback side of inner muffle.

HEATING SYSTEM:

Specially designed heating elements, made from best quality nichrome wire.
They are securely wound around the muffle.

CONTROL SYSTEM:

Controller : Electronic PID type Digital Display Temperature Controller.
Temperature Range : Ambient to 930° or 1200° C
Sensor : Fe - Con Sensor
Resolution : 1° C
Accuracy : + / - 5° C
Uniformity : + / - 1 % of Set Value.
Heat up Time : 45 minute up to 1200° C
Power Supply : 230 volts AC

CIRCULATION SYSTEM:

Better uniformity of temperature inside the chamber, forced air circulation system with fan from top side.

VENTILATION SYSTEM:

Very efficient and adjustable ventilation system is provided.

HEATING SYSTEM:

Specially designed BLACK HEAT heating elements, made from best quality nichrome wire.
They are fitted at bottom side and covered by perforated tray.
The fresh air entering form bottom side is preheated and uniformly disturbed in working chamber.
P.N. Avoid undue heating of material at perforation tray.
