CONSTRUCTION:

Vacuum Ovens are designed and fabricated to suit various I.S. & A.S.T.M. standards.
Double walled construction. Interior made of Stainless Steel 304 Quality (or as per requirement of customer.)
Exterior made of Galvanized Sheets with Powder Coated Paint Finish.

INSULATION:

50 mm thick glass-wool insulation, all sides of the oven.

Shelves : Tray type Shelves, Made18 gauge thick 304 AISI corrosion resistant Stainless
Steel with buff polish finished.
Heaters : Specially designed clamped type heaters are clamped at exterior side of inner chamber.
Door : Made of 15mm thick Aluminum plate.
Door is fitted with toughened viewing glass. Lock Nut type Locking Arrangement
Door Gasket : Silicon Rubber gasket for better grip surface to avoid leakages.
Vacuum Cock : Vacuum Cock Fitted at Top side of Oven.
Vacuum Gauge : Range up to 760 mm, fitted at Top Side of the Oven.

CONTROL SYSTEM:

Controller : PID type Electronic Digital Display Temperature Indicator cum Controller.
Temperature Range : Ambient to 250° C
Sensor : PT – 100 Sensor
Resolution : 1° C
Accuracy : + / - 2° C
Uniformity : + / - 1 % of Set Value.
Heat up Time : 45 minute up to 250° C
Power Supply : 230 volts AC
